If you have received communication as a WGVCV Change Agent please log into the shared box folder to update the move matrix for your department/division. Please use the instructions document provided below.

Follow below steps after opening the CVN Master Move Matrix:
1. Download the CVN Master Move Matrix Template
2. Rename it so your department and divison are clearly identified
3. Save to your desktop or box folder and work from your own department/division move matrix
4. After sending to us or uploading to the shared box folder, the data will be aggregated to the master file. Please DO NOT overwrite the master. The Move Matrix is a living document and will be continually updated.
